About me:
I’m actually not really paranoid. I’m just extremely well informed about things that could go really wrong through multiple personal and professional experiences. Having moved to the US decades ago as a teenager with $150 in my pocket and putting myself through college and then medical school taught me a lot about walking through hell. Working with cancer patients has taught me Humility and Faith. All these experiences have led to the daily battle between the anxiety demons and my innate inner optimism.
Having kids amplified this battle times 1000 – I’m sure it’s a feeling shared by many parents. I would like to always believe that everything will be ok but I know I need to stay proactive and vigilant to make sure it really is!
I cope by staying informed of all the risks that could face my family, and the ways to mitigate them. I also try to stay balanced by seeing the Light in the world and staying positive by little distractions and self-care. Fashion, travel, humor, and hobbies help me to stay sane, at least most of the time…
This blog was the culmination of my pandemic stress and finally having the time to start writing. I’m happy to share all my knowledge and tips with you, to help you elevate your spirit and keep your sanity through his crazy journey.
Love to all and thanks for sticking with me!
